By using this website and making a reservation, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the website and its services.

By making a reservation, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations are subject to parking space availability and automatic confirmation by the reservation system.
The applicable rates shall be those in force at the time the reservation is made and include any taxes applicable under current legislation.
Reservations do not guarantee a specific parking space.
Users must park in the space assigned by the parking staff. If no staff members are present, users may occupy any available parking space authorized for parking.
The availability of parking spaces depends on vehicle flow and the user's arrival time.
The reservation period shall be the one selected by the user during the booking process and shall be binding.
If the vehicle enters the car park before the reservation start time or remains after the reserved period has expired, the additional time must be paid for according to the applicable rates using the payment systems available at the car park.
No refunds will be granted when less than 24 hours remain before the reservation start time, except where the cancellation is attributable to Parking Palau de Congressos Palma.
Requests for cancellations or modifications must be made via the customer service email address or through the user's private area on the website.
Where necessary to verify ownership of the reservation, supporting documentation may be requested, such as proof of the vehicle registration number.
Cancellations and modifications shall be subject to the conditions applicable at the time the reservation is made.
Due to the event operations of the Congress Palace, in the event that the parking facilities are required exclusively for a client, Meliá may unilaterally terminate the use of the parking facility. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible, with a minimum notice period of one month. The monthly fee shall be reduced proportionally to the number of days the parking facility was used during that month.
The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during the reservation process.
The user shall also be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, equipment or other vehicles during their stay in the car park.
The user must comply at all times with the traffic and safety rules of the car park, as well as with any instructions given by the responsible staff.
Parking Palau de Congressos Palma uses secure payment systems to ensure the protection of users' financial information.
Payments are processed through the Redsys payment platform, an entity authorized and supervised by the Bank of Spain, which complies with the international PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security standards.
Parking Palau de Congressos Palma does not store complete payment card details at any time.
Parking Palau de Congressos Palma shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of objects left inside parked vehicles.
Likewise, it shall not be liable for damage caused by third parties, adverse weather conditions, fire, flooding, vandalism or any other force majeure event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
The liability of the parking operator shall, in all cases, be limited to that established by the applicable legislation.
Parking Palau de Congressos Palma reserves the right to refuse access to or provision of the service where false information, fraudulent use of the reservation system, inappropriate behaviour or any circumstance likely to affect the proper operation of the car park or compromise the safety of its facilities and users is detected.
In such cases, no refund of the reservation amount paid shall be granted.
The personal data provided during the reservation process shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and all other applicable legislation.

Parking Palau de Congressos Palma may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt them to legal, technical or operational changes relating to the provision of the service.
Such amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website and shall apply to reservations made after such publication.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
